What Families Are Saying

Receiving pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support from Dallas was absolutely extraordinary. I felt truly seen and heard by her in every possible way. Her knowledge and expertise aided me throughout my pregnancy and led me to have my ideal birth, a truly magical and unforgettable experience. Dallas’ presence during delivery was calm and supportive, and my husband was very grateful for her guidance. We felt prepared and empowered as we welcomed our daughter earth side and that is a gift for which we will be forever grateful.

Virtual Birth Support

I met Dallas after I had my first son, and I knew if I ever had another child, I would want her to be a part of our pregnancy journey. About a month before our second son was born, I felt anxious about what to do with our first son while I was in labor. Dallas helped us figure out a plan A, B, and C, and she educated us on a family-centered birth and empowered us to have the birth we wanted. Being able to talk to Dallas about anything gave me peace and reassurance.

Birth Prep Coaching

To summarize my experience: irreplaceable. Having the surrounding support of other women going through different stages of motherhood is SO valuable, on top of having Dallas to guide us through so much knowledge of conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. The topics covered by Dallas are the facts that you don’t hear much in mainstream media or even at a typical doctor’s visit. This gives the power back to its rightful owner, the woman.

Meet Dallas

My journey to becoming a doula started 17 years ago after my oldest son's birth left me confused, heartbroken, and determined to find a better way.

Since then, I've completed over 600 hours of academic study, trained with the wisest birth keepers in the country, birthed two more children at home (both VBACs), and supported families through some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.

I believe physiology rules the birth space, and my heart's desire is to remind you of what you already know deep down — you can do this.

Common Questions

What exactly does a virtual doula do?
A virtual doula provides the same core support as an in-person doula — education, emotional preparation, birth planning, labor guidance, and postpartum support — all through video calls, phone calls, and messaging. The majority of a doula’s value comes from the knowledge, preparation, and ongoing relationship, which translates powerfully to virtual support.
Is virtual doula support as effective as in-person?
Yes. The core value of doula support — education, emotional preparation, personalized guidance, and ongoing availability — works exceptionally well in a virtual format. You’ll be more prepared and confident than the vast majority of women walking into their birth. Many women actually prefer virtual support because it fits their schedule, feels more private, and provides continuous access rather than just labor-day presence.
What technology do I need?
Just a phone or computer with internet access. We use standard video calls, text messaging, and phone calls. No special apps or equipment required.
When should I start working with a doula?
Ideally, start during your second or early third trimester to get the full benefit of prenatal education and birth planning. However, it’s never too late — even a single session close to your due date can dramatically improve your confidence and preparation.
